We are interested in adding an experienced full time outboard / stern drive mechanic to our Service Team.
Duties will include:
· Performing scheduled maintenance / servicing on gasoline outboards and stern drives.
· Diagnostics and repairs on all brands of outboards and stern drives.
· Utilization of OEM electronic analysis units and laptop programs.
· Installation / maintenance / repair of electrical, plumbing, steering and fuel systems in boats to 35'.
Applicants should be physically fit and be willing to work outside in all types of weather. Minimum 3rd year apprentice certification or equivalent MARINE experience with own tool crib required.

We are actively seeking a full time yard mechanic.
Duties will include:
· Boat trailer repair and adjustments
o Brakes (drum and disc)
o Bearings
o Roller and bunk replacement / adjustment
· Boat launching, retrieving and blocking
· Forklift duties / truck loading and unloading
· Boat shrink wrapping
· Boat pressure washing and hull cleaning
· Hull painting
· General yard maintenance and clean-up duties
Applicants should be physically fit and be willing to work outside in all types of weather. Successful applicant will have a current BC Drivers License and a clean driving abstract. Must have completed Level 1 B.C. Automotive Repair Technician training (Brake repair) or higher. Experience towing trailers of some type is important. Must be able to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision.

Our Rigging Department is looking to add a full time rigger / installer.
Duties will include:
· Installation of outboard motors and all related components (steering, fuel, wiring harnesses, gauge packages, etc.) in new and used boats to 35'.
· Installation and set-up of depth sounders, VHF radio packages, radars, downriggers, diesel furnaces, stereos, GPS / Chartplotters, etc. in boats to 35'.
· Diagnostic and repair of boat systems including fuel, plumbing, steering and electrical.
Applicants should be physically fit and be willing to work outside in all types of weather. Experience specifically in marine installations is required, with a personal tool crib suitable to perform required tasks.
